Is it accessible for disabled visitors? Fermer

The Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center is equipped to accommodate disabled visitors and offers many free care services. 

  • Electric scooters can be borrowed at the Exhibitors welcome desk (maximum of 2) 
  • The exhibition centre has lifts and access ramps at the entrance to hall 5a, 6 and 7 to enable disabled people to get around the show easily
  • Priority spots for disabled taxis are provided between halls 5a and 6 
  • Specialised vehicles will be available for transfers between visitor parking and entrance halls (the PRM shuttle service is available on +33 (0) 6 14 16 93 84) 

Is there a car park? Fermer

Yes, the exhibition centre has several car parks for visitors and exhibitors: 15,000 paid parking spaces are available at the Paris Nord exhibition centre. A free shuttle service will be available to make the connection between the car parks and the halls.

Are there any cloakrooms? Fermer

Many cloakrooms are spread throughout the exhibition centre. The rate is 2€ per item.

How can I get my visa? Fermer

Some foreign citizens entering and staying on French territory, even for professional reasons, must be in possession of a valid entry and short-stay visa. To apply for a visa, you must complete your application by supplying an ALL4PACK Paris official invitation letter to the French consular authority of your country. You will be able to obtain this letter by filling a form in your exhibitors' area or at the end of the visitor badge request form online.

2. About your visit

Do I need to order my visitor badge before the show? Fermer

We recommend you to order it online from June 2018, in order to avoid queues and take advantage of reductions.

But, you can also buy your visitor badge directly from the entrance to the show.

How much is the visitor badge? Fermer

Avoid queuing at the entrances of the show and benefit from a preferential online rate from June 2018!

  • ONLINE RATE: 4 day badge (for 1 person) - 46€ incl. VAT
  • RATE AT THE SHOW: 4 day badge (for 1 person) - 62€ incl. VAT

Is there a group rate? Fermer

There is no group rate.

I did not receive my visitor badge... Fermer

This year, all the visitors' badges are electronic, so you will receive your badge by e-mail.

How may I obtain my invitation letter for my visa? Fermer

If you need an invitation letter for your visa, go to the visitor badge request platform and fill the form in the Your details step to obtain your invitation letter.

Can I visit the show with children? Fermer

Yes, but as a professional show, there is no creche or dedicated area for children. There is no reduced entry rate for children.

Can I bring my dog to the show? Fermer

No, animals are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Can I park my camper van or caravan in any of the exhibition centre car parks? Fermer

You can park a camper van here during exhibition opening hours, but unfortunately you cannot stay later than this, or overnight.

Where can I find the catalogue at the show? Fermer

You can find it at the entrance of the exhibition. The 2016 catalogue is free, just help yourself!

Can I order the 2016 official catalogue after the show? Fermer

No, unfortunately we do not have 2016 catalogues anymore!

Will food and drink be available at the show? Fermer

Yes, you'll find plenty of snack bars and restaurants at the show.
